ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Details regarding arrival and departure will be provided no later than one week before the scheduled departure date.

VIDEO/PHOTOGRAPHY WAIVER

I hereby authorize the Armenian Youth Federation Juniors (AYF Juniors) to publish photographs and videos of me and/or my minor children, including our names, for use in AYF Juniors printed publications, website, and training materials.

I release AYF Juniors from any expectation of confidentiality for myself and the minor children listed below. I attest that I am the parent or legal guardian of these children and have the authority to permit AYF Juniors to use their photographs, videos, and names.

I understand that participation in AYF Juniors publications and websites is voluntary, and neither my children nor I will receive financial compensation for the use of these materials.

I further agree that participation in AYF Juniors publications and websites does not confer any rights of ownership. I release AYF Juniors, its contractors, and its employees from any liability for claims arising from my or my children’s participation.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made after December 29, 2024, at 11:59 PM will result in the forfeiture of the entire participation fee. Cancellations made before this date will incur a $75 processing fee.

CHILD'S HEALTH INFORMATION

If there are any changes to the medical, health, or other information provided in the application after submission, I will notify a JCC member or the Winter Getaway Director in writing before my child's arrival at AYF Camp.

MEDICATIONS

If your child requires medication during the Winter Getaway, please ensure you bring enough to last the entire stay. Medications must be in their original packaging, clearly labeled with the prescribing physician’s name (for prescription drugs), the medication name, dosage, and administration frequency. No medications are to be left with campers. All medications, including prescription and over-the-counter, must be handed over to the EMT at drop-off and will be kept in the infirmary.

AGE POLICY

Campers must be between the ages of seven and sixteen. The camp will strictly enforce its maximum capacity limit, so early application is encouraged. All applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Camp fees must be paid in full at the time of application via Zelle (info@ayfjuniors.org).

CABIN ASSIGNMENTS

Cabin assignments are based strictly on age and gender. No exceptions will be made.

SNACK SHOP

The participation fee includes access to the snack bar.

TELEPHONE CALLS

Parents will be contacted if a camper is ill, excessively homesick, or in any other extraordinary circumstances. Please provide contact information in the designated areas on the Health and Camper Application forms. In case of an emergency or if you need to reach your child for an urgent reason, please call AYF CAMP at (760) 249-6590. Parents are not allowed to call the camp under any other circumstances.
